BSD has teamed up with FBS (Fortified & Ballistic Security) to become the sole provider of their access control system user interfaces. When we met with FBS, we were treated to a tour of the factory in Verona, Italy where their custom security doors & windows are hand made to exacting specifications.

They asked us to provide them with a simple, elegant, and intuitive interface for their clients to view and access user information, real time status, and user logs.

Each UI is completely unique and features a bespoke floor plan layout. You can view doors & window status, cameras, lighting, and more.

Arriving Spring 2020. We are proud to announce that BSD is developing the new access control manager UX for FBS custom security doors. FBS clients can have a complete a overview of their property, all security doors & windows, garage doors, video equipped doorbells, and security cameras. They will also be able to enroll new users and manage existing users with a simple intuitive interface.

The new FBS Access Control Manager is designed exclusively with our popular Aleera graphics. This was done to ensure it will seamlessly match the optional integration with the home automation system / estate manager. FBS will offer a complete solution where facial recognition or unique fingerprints can used to trigger events such as custom global / local modes and even emergency events.

If an intruder situation arises, a specific fingerprint from your left or right hand can be used to silently notify police, private security staff, emergency services, or trigger offensive mechanisms designed to temporarily incapacitate a threat until the authorities arrive.
